Kansas City District. A lovely example with more than ample well balanced margins, strong color, and bright paper. A tough issue with only 41 pieces known in all grades, according to Track and Price. Several of the known pieces are in permanent institutional collections, likely to never be offered. This is the only example at the grade level with none finer. A prized piece for the serious collector.
