A truly scarce date in mint state as most saw circulation and none have turned up in European banks, as is the case with many dates. This is a beautiful example with rich golden luster and strong detail throughout Liberty’s figure and the majestic flying eagle on the reverse. Light scattered contact marks are consistent with the grade, but do not detract from this coin’s vibrant eye appeal.
